These terms and conditions regulate the legal relationship between yourself and us. Automatic emails confirming receipt or processing of your order do not constitute acceptance by Uplands. Your order is an offer to buy goods from us. A contract for the sale of goods shall only arise on the despatch of our written confirmation that your order has passed 'final authorisation' or the despatch of the goods to you, whichever is earlier.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In these cases we will contact you to notify you of the variation and you have the right either to proceed at the amended price or cancel.

Uplands do not ship internationally, we only ship within the UK.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We only take orders and ship to customers in the UK. All orders are subject to final authorisation by Uplands.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Each individual product also holds a warranty/ guarantee period, please check with us and we will let you know the time-scale held for each product.

Uplands regularly price check against our largest competitors, where we are 'Guaranteed to be the cheapest in the UK', we will price match against competitors who have the product in stock and offer an identical package with regards tariff and bolt ons. Uplands do not offer retrospective price matches after your purchase has been made.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail, fax or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
